Looking for some advise. I used a two part epoxy five years ago and it needs to be redone. It held up fairly well,but there are a few spots that peeled up and I just want to get a nice bright new coating. Is there anything that would work over the older coating if it is well sanded and clean...

I just did a new garage floor,24x24,used straight epoxy, I too do not care for the flakes. I do alot of mechanical work and it is easier to spot a dropped nut or bolt without the flakes.
