Nice save on both pieces.. I realized the BBQ repurposing trick sometime back. I wanted a moveable light duty workstation so I removed the rotted out top piece and just put an extra piece of Home Depot stock countertop I had laying around and called it a day. I still have it to this day.

I always loved these conversions. I know the tank issues are always a big concern but I'm sure there's some small towns that look the other way and are just happy something's being done to the property. I would love to live in either one of these remodels.
