I've bought a "automatic drain valve" detects when the compressor comes on, drains a couple seconds, detects when it turns off and drains a couple seconds. The mechanical ones like I have are getting hard to find and they are going to electric with timers.... I also ran across a "smart valve"...

Stuff is awesome. When I was tool control officer at a 1600 bed prison in tn, we did a roof job. Stuff coming off was 15ish years old and still looked new in 95% of the areas, i didn't have anywhere to store it at the time.... think it was combo of 4in and 6in. Maybe check your local flat...

Looks good man, I went the traditional roof route on a 30x40 to keep my 12ft ceiling throughout the shop, just because we have a really good metal post frame company in town, but I love the way yours looks too.
