You will need to grind it if u want epoxy down

Hes right these garage floors in floridas newer homes are a pain in the ****... i use 16 traps soft and it still takes wayyyyy longer than regular concrete...once you break that hard surface it will grind easy

Lots of prep time grinding vacuum mopping ect...black base coat @150sqft per gallon....metallic coat @45sqft per gallon then top coat

The floor will be flat the mesh is hair like and if it does stick up not a big deal but if he uses good thin set i doesn't matter either way

The best option for grip would be quartz with a polyurea top coat

Black is the worst. It is like cars it shows everything but like a black car nothing looks better when clean

Polyurea you dont have to worry about pot lift? In florida heat its sticky in about 7 min!

Rent a vacuum. I use the ermator s26 and have very minimal dust in the air. Well worth it!

Its checks into the concrete from electrode to electrode 3/4 an inch deep. But with any moisture test it can be doff depending on the season, time of day ect. If any slab shows over 6% i highly recommend to the customer a moisture vapor barrier. I use hp spartacote mvb
