Can anyone tell me what this is? Got it in a job lot of automotive tools, was with in a box with a slide hammer, panel beating equipment, spring compressors, valve tools, a small cylinder hone etc... I can't work it out. No markings, looks like it was lathe turned. Seems to be high quality...
