He said somethin must’ve spilt or water got in on um some how. Stuff like this happens to the best of us. I’m sure he wouldn’t just “let” this happen on purpose
It looks like a real solid pump but SGKent was right corrosion has had its way with it. I’m not sure how it got that bad the thing still looks brand new it had to be kept in a garage. But i did find that same pump and brand so it looks like I’ll give it another shot. Any tips on keepin these...
That’s great thanks!!! Every pump head I found was 60-70 dollars and all the whole pump assembly’s where double that. I will definitely go this route if it’ll fit.
Hello I’ve got a troy bilt 2700 psi pressure washer. It’s the easy start. Im haven pressure issues with it and I’ve narrowed it down to being either the pump or pump head. My question is how can you test the pump itself to know that it just the head giving me trouble or the whole pump itself?
I just hope you have t already stripped the plug out. Dam near isn’t good lol. All the tips so far are pretty spot on and I would use all of um as those are usually my first steps when dealing with stubborn allens. Can also use a hammer and chisel if you can get in there at the right...
Yes sir those are the ones and that’s what I was worried about. I thought the same thing if they made um just 12 point I wouldn’t be so hesitant. They make the none flexheads 12 point but would definitely like the flex. Any other suggestion in that $200 price range. Would like flexhead on one...
Anyone own a set? Was thinkin about pickin some up,the flexhead version, but have read a few reviews that said the universal splines was stripping bolts.Any opinions?
+1 for only using chrome when clearance is an issue. I have seen it first hand where an impact socket removed a bolt that it’s chrome counterpart could not. Same drive and point and this was on an impact of course. Not sure if it’s because the impact socket produced less vibration or what. Even...
I have the 3/8 and 1/4 versions and there ok at best. The on and off switch is backwards so when your in a tight spot they have a tendency to move in the wrong direction. The head on um is fairly large aswell again for something not great for tight spots. But they are as said above fairly...
I own both aswell and to me the Gearwrench has more back drag then any of them especially the 120. Still a good ratchet but the snap on has such a smoother action to me.
