Very handy in smaller garage. Easy to set up and store away. I have chalked the outline for the units and sprayed a wheel center to mark proper placement on garage floor. Sine only use in garage I got the electric not the battery unit. Have been using for about 6 yrs now.

Have to agree about Ready Seal. There is one sealer that is in the same class as RS> Armstrong Clark sealers. Look for deck restorers to see what they recommend like Deck Pro Sealers above. I used RS from about 1998 on until i retired in 2013 as a deck restorer in Delaware Valley.

In center of towns which have high pedestrian traffic during daylight I use and electric washer on the sidewalks during night time cleaning jobs when around apartment complexes so as not to wake sleepers while I clean sidewalks.
nozzle tips are rated by both water flow rate and degree fan produced. And ae not interchangeable so dont just buy a 25 degree tip without checking gpm rating.
