I have the 8ft LED 4 bulb lights. I started installation last night. I have noticed that the wiring that comes with the light has two neutral wires. Can someone tell me why and how I need to handle this?

Not easy boring a hole through the 2" beams. 2 holes per beam. I been using a carbon tip hole saw. Wears me out after about 6 holes.

Can I use tie straps for romex on metal rafters?

I have a 30x45x10 metal building the metal wall studs are on 4 foot cents and the studs are just a hair over 2". I have got a price for spray insulation and of course it was high. Has anyone else put a building up with 4 foot centers and 2" studs? What did you use for insulation?

The building is already erected. The insulation will be added when I am finished framing inside rooms and wiring. I am going to to elevate the bathroom 2 foot for my plumbing.

I would store small to medium photography props (seasonal)

This will be around 900-1000sqf with the whole area being heated using GC90 and cooled with a MRCOOL DIY 24K This will be the photography studio with carpet and hardwood floors. This does not include my shop of 20x20. I am not concerned with it at this point.
