gungatim thanks, that helps. I was able to line the rod back up using a coat hanger and a piece of flat stock. Then I re-inserted the cylinder and was able to open it. It is a very flimsy design. There is a clip that holds the lock to the box. I re-attached it, but won't be locking it very...

I cleaned up this vice and decided to paint it with Packard Grey Engine Enamel. The color is great, and it should hold up. Still need to do the letters black, but thought this was good progress to share.

Exactly. One is 6" taller with 2 extra drawers and as of yesterday was cheaper. I ordered the edge yesterday and the price went up today. I won't get it until the end of the month. I will let you know how it is.
