Nohr-S Polyurea Full Flake Floor DIY

Yes, a did scrape and vacuumed up the flake, I had a couple areas where I didn't apply enough flake and you could see the epoxy. What I did is after applying the first coat of clear I sprinkled down more flake. After the second and third coat of clear it looks perfect. Now, while I did say I...

Nohr-S Polyurea Full Flake Floor DIY

Just wanted to post a quick pick, finished the floor coating this morning, last coat of clear with the anti-slip just went down. Overall the Legacy kit went down very easy, although I did have four helpers when i did the epoxy portion. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

    Taping off transition

Need some help, when taping off the transition between the garage and the garage door do you reapply the tape after each coat. As an example I will be laying down a primer, base coat with full fleck and then 3 top coats. Do I just apply tape, apply the primer, pull tape. And then start this same...

    Another Legacy Floor Post

I'm planning the same size garage with Legacy material this weekend as well, assuming the weather holds up, suppose to get rain. How much concrete dust did you end up with after grinding. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

Nohr-S Polyurea Full Flake Floor DIY

I'm sure Scott would be the one to ask (tried PMing having issues with the site) I will be coating the garage floor this weekend and just want to make sure I understood the directions for the material. I have the whole weekend so I have the time to space out the coatings just want to make sure...

Nohr-S Polyurea Full Flake Floor DIY

The Xtream set is what I used, if you look at the pictures the edges of the epoxy are flaking off the concrete where it’s very thin after grinding. My question is do I grind this area down to fresh concrete and reapply the Xtream. I’m guessing this is just an area that the epoxy didn’t soak and...

Nohr-S Polyurea Full Flake Floor DIY

I do have a couple of areas that due to the concrete not being level between the saw cuts the epoxy was sitting on the surface of the floor after grinding. I hope Scott can chime in but I'm wondering if I should remove these excess with a hand grinder and just let the HD epoxy fill this area...

Nohr-S Polyurea Full Flake Floor DIY

We I've been planning on coating my garage floor for some time and have finally placed an order with Legacy today. So far I've already filled the saw cuts with their Xtream Set 100 epoxy and will be grinding the concrete this Saturday. I do have a question that id like some feedback on. So far...

Time to make a decision on a floor coating

If you plan on filling you saw cuts I would use a product from Legacy called Xtream Set 100, I just filled mine yesterday and will be grinding this weekend. The stuff is pretty amazing.

    Xtream Set 100?

I'm sure Scott will have the answer but I was wondering what if anything I should do before using the crack filler in a shallow gap between two slabs in my garage. There is no saw cut just a shallow gap maybe 1/8 to 1/4", I had an issue with the first couple if feet of my garage that had a bunch...

Too good to be true price quote

My dad always said you get what you pay for. My neighbor just had his done, 600sqft and he paid $1800 and he thought he got a great deal. Diamond ground and 100% epoxy, no primer and you can see some out gassing in a few spots. Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
