The Xtream set is what I used, if you look at the pictures the edges of the epoxy are flaking off the concrete where it’s very thin after grinding. My question is do I grind this area down to fresh concrete and reapply the Xtream. I’m guessing this is just an area that the epoxy didn’t soak and...

I do have a couple of areas that due to the concrete not being level between the saw cuts the epoxy was sitting on the surface of the floor after grinding. I hope Scott can chime in but I'm wondering if I should remove these excess with a hand grinder and just let the HD epoxy fill this area...

If you plan on filling you saw cuts I would use a product from Legacy called Xtream Set 100, I just filled mine yesterday and will be grinding this weekend. The stuff is pretty amazing.
