I think this is great advice. I also went with a dedicated 200A panel. While I don't currently use all the power that's available to me, I don't think I will ever need more.
I have a full bathroom in my shop. I takes up very little space and when you gotta go, it's really nice. I hardly use it now, but my time is coming.
My dad, who is approaching 70, does not have a shop bathroom. For 30 years he's been talking about putting one in. I don't think it'll happen...
My dad and I used to rig all of our equipment. It was always nerve racking, but we managed to be successful.
Today, I hire a crane service. I just watch, and if they drop the equipment, they deal w insurance.

Just throwing this out, would the height of the motor make any difference? Meaning that if you had both the pump shaft and motor shaft in the same plane. That would make the angle of the belt equal as it rolls on and off both sheaves.
Not too much to add, but I'll confirm with others that have posted that these heaters work good, but they are just too loud and create too much moisture for me. Vented propane heat is the cat's meow IMHO.
