I really appreciate the feedback. I'm struggling to find a reason to build my shop out of anything but these, knowing that I can flex them between tools, parts, projects as I see fit. I think I'll do a saved search and just buy all of them in the area as they come up cheap.

So I got it partly loaded tonight, so far I really appreciate the divider systems, even for tools. Nice to be able to subdivide a drawer and put the oscillating multi tool in a tidy cubby with it's accessories, etc. Any thoughts on the rollers? Not sure what maintenance if any they call for.

Keep an eye on ebay for the odd item listed as 'new' with no box. Not sure what the gig is, but Milwaukee gives you the 5-year warranty based upon the DoM, not a receipt as I understand it. I've shopped CPO, and it's great, but the short warranty on Refurb items is a bummer.

There's lots of great advice here, and that's partly because there aren't a lot of bad drills made by the major brands. :) Ryobi is definitely the cheapest you should go, stay away from harbor freight alltogether. There's no reason to buy 14/18v ni-cd anymore. Li-Ion or don't bother, it's just...
