I have a 20 X 24 block wall. if i need to I can heat it, with a $20 radiant heater on a propane tank. I have 3" of closed cell under the sheathing. Thimk about it, if you were taking a six pack to the beach, you wrapping it with fiberglass of putting it in a cooler?

If you spray foam the entire building, anything that gets out of the 16x16 room will not leave the building. I sprayfoamed under the roof deck of my 1 1/2 story house. The cubbyholes (attic) are 4-5 degrees warmer or colder than my house.

Foam- first, last, always. I'm so impressed. its expensive but worth it.

I used Fastback's picture (thanks) as a reference but with a twist I'm heating a 20x24 that's insulated almost all around and foamed on the ceiling. Two taco pumps and a heat exchanger and it seems to be costing $30 a month to keep it in the upper 50's Fastback, how much does it cost a month?

You mention covering the insulation. Not needed with closed cell foam. Adding insulation cant hurt
