So after three years with the conversion, I'm moving. Now someone else can enjoy it. I just purchased a new house with a two car garage. However.... There isn't a workshop. So it all begins again. Come September there will be a 24' x 12' dream workshop shed build. More pics to come...

Thanks for all the replies. I feel better about using the PT. I was planning to seal everything in a few months after its dried out. I'm probably going to go with the composite decking. I think it will look more "professional" with it anyways. I'll post some pics after I'm done.
I started to build a swing/playset this weekend out of pressure treated wood. Im starting to have second thoughts. I know they removed the arsenic around 2003, but who really knows...
I just finished building the main support structure, I think I am going to use composite decking in the areas...
Im about to build a swingset / fort for my daughter. With the skillset on this board, some of you guys most likely build some badda$$ playground equipment. Show it off, and give me some ideas.
Actually my baby is only 6 months old and we arn't there yet. When she starts crawling, i may have to adjust the size of the openng using wood and some zip ties. My fingers are crossed, I think I could take about 3 inches out of the width of the openng without putting the cat on a diet.
I waited 24 hrs between coats, and I did a total of 4 coats. I usually lay the rag I used outside and when the rag is stiff its time for the next coat. Once the final coat was dried for a week, I finished it off with some clear wax. I love tung oil, its hard to screw up.
This is what i did. Obviousely mine was for an interior application. I also need the ability for an overweigt cat to get downstairs. I used maple and walnut and finished it with tung oil.
