There are many many videos of people using screwdrivers and pry bars. Hint, they sell tire spoons and rim protectors. If the spare has tall side walls you might be able to break the bead, keep it down and change the valve stem/tpms without doing any prying or taking the tire off.

I bought this one instead, it works very well. sprayed 7 gallons over 2 sessions.. I used the home depot measuring cup to scoop from the 5 gallon to this unit. Feels and looks like a toy but results proves it is not. I looked into the one that draws from bucket but this is a good compromise.
