    Does anyone have any experience with a grant tools bench vise? I ordered it on amazon for around 80 dollars. Its fixed base 6 inch jaws. i probably shouldve asked before i ordered.

    Yeah i just checked and it says made in Taiwan i believe that your right that its a gear wrench mechanism.

    Yeah youd have to remove the socket i always thought they were pretty neat but never used one. i was hoping to find a cheap one but most so far ive seen were around 50 like those links above. Probably not worth the money though

    Sorry i should have clarified i mean where the 3/8 anvil pushes through the ratchet to reverse it.
