Using the ground to get the 120V was actually how it was done prior to the 2000 NEC. The problem with this is if there is an issue with the ground the outside of the stove can become live with 120V :shocking:

OK guys. I apologize that i never updated this thing....once the tapers left it was all up to us for paint and trimout and it was nuts. I will take the final pics soon :)

take beaker for the plug out, put a double pole breaker in there and attach the neutral wire to the other hot leg.

I bet the motor needs to be cleaned.
