Best table for a $350 budget

I do have a circular saw and a homemade jig for ripping sheets down to size.I guess I should been a little more specific. The table saw will be used more for cutting the shelf boards and ripping boards down to size for trimming out doors and windows as well as doing other various things.Space...

Duralast low profile 3/8 drive socket set...anyone else have em

Thanks for the info.I didn't know O'Reilly's had them.Of course I don't go in there much.Duralasts are an excellent deal if you have the rewards on your card.I just got the $20 reward on my card yesterday and plan on going and picking up the SAE set and use the points. Then all I have to pay is...

Duralast low profile 3/8 drive socket set...anyone else have em

I've done a search on the but can't come up with anything.I had been wanting a set of metric low profile sockets for a while now.I had been eye balling the Snap On set but just couldn't come off the money for something I won't use to often.Granted the Snap On are better quality.I was in Autozone...

    Hex bit/driver tool storage solutions?

I made something similar.I used an old piece of corian countertop and drilled my holes to hold the bits.It was a lot of drilling to do but in the end it didn't cost me anything but time.I'll try and get a picture put up of it.

The drag is quite stiff but it can be remedied. I took mine apart and snipped 3 coils off the spring and cleaned out the factory grease and lubed with super lube. Now they work smoothly granted they ain't no Snap On ratchet.

I love em.I have another flex head here at home I use all the time.I've had it 4 years or so and haven't had a single issue with it.I use it about every time I pick up a ratchet.I bought the second to go in my tool kit for repairs while I'm out on the road.As for the stubby duralast I can't...

    The Milwaukee addiction thread! :)

I finally bit the bullet and got in on the Milwaukee addiction.I picked these up at Home Depot this morning after seeing the free tool or battery promotion. Husky tool chest or HF 44" chest

Went to Home Depot and checked out the Husky tool chests this morning.I must say I am truely disappointed in the quality of them.Drawers are flimsy and can be flexed and the bottoms of the drawers don't seem like they would support much weight without saging. The drawer slides are very stiff and...

Husky tool chest or HF 44" chest

I already have a tool cart.I need the tool chest for more storage.I was thinking maybe going with the HF chest and two of the 7 drawer side cabinets and then putting a work top on it.Then I would have a workbench as well. And yes this place is not very much help for my tool addiction.Good thing...

Husky tool chest or HF 44" chest

I'm going tomorrow to check both boxes out. After reading the post MVrM linked me to I think the Husky will be off the list. The HF chest looks like a quality box for a reasonable price. As far as buying more tools go I have always been a tool but. Can't ever have to many in my opinion.I have got...
