The Orange Snap-on tools **** thread!

I'll be honest, the instinct handle is better gripwise however they are a bit of a pain to clean grease off of. I didn't have a Need for the classic hard grip but i have always wanted them and they where a good enough deal

Snap - On , not so American anymore!

Thought you North American’s would find this interesting , all of the heritage series boxes we get in Europe are Chinese made boxes. You can’t find these on any snap on websites however. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I never used the Old style however these have got a firm handle, not had chance to use them in slippy conditions but i feel like they would grip well.

Snap on selling Gear wrench as 'blue point'

Was just looking for some wheel nut sockets and discovered that the blue point wheel socket sets are gearwrench, even has gearwrench stamped on the sockets on the image! Part number is gearwrench too https://shop.snapon.com/product/supplemental/3-pc-Wheel-Protector-Impact-Socket-Set/KDT84946

    Tools from the old world

The six points have been available for a few years afaik, i think they're made in taiwan and owned by the same company who makes gearwrench ( Danaher ).
