What’s the best way to close the gap between the frame and the roll up doors on a building. Doors are 14’ high and 12 wide. Trying to seal it the elements and bugs. I thought about using brush seals but not sure that’s the best to use.

I have a month old 2400 sq ft concrete floor that I need to protect. Main use will be my wife doing ceramics and then storage, tinkering on vehicles and general use. No idea of what would be best to use. It will be dusty due to the ceramics and that’s ok but would rather not deal with concrete...

This is helping me to decide on how to forge ahead with the 40x60 shop I just had built. Will the ballistix go on good in cold weather or is it better to put down in warmer weather?
