    MaxJax Important Safety Notice

The second letter is the same as the first. It appears Dannimar is listening to their lawyers about notifying customers about the potential issue via a traceable medium. I am very curious to see what the ultimate plan is. Mine is still in the original shipping carton. I really do not want to...

    MaxJax Important Safety Notice

just received my notice today. Took delivery in December. The lift is still in the original shipping carton. Does not sound like they have a plan finished as the letter states " do not use until further notice". Dannmar sounds like GM with their recalls and no parts or plan to fix the issue...

    premeir garage

The floor is not the problem, it is the small apron section. Floor was installed two years ago. The apron started peeling within weeks of the coating. My guess is they cut corners and did not grind the apron. The garage floor is dull after two years and has lost much of the original shine...

    premeir garage

Long story short. I decided to color my concrete and after the the floor started to cure it was apparent they did not mix the color agent long enough in the truck. After the floor started to cure the color was very inconsistent. After many heated discussions with the contractor he decided to...

    antisieze on brakes

I utilize anti-seize on the all bolt threads and nuts on the caliper and caliper brackets and silicone grease made for brakes on all sliding parts. You need a high temp lubrication due to the high heat generated especially if you track your car.

    Ultimate Garage modular storage

Nice cabinets. I took mine a step further and added casters for mobility. It added some height but the convenience of being able to move them fully loaded is worth it. Sears closed these out earlier in the year at really low pricing. I had to drive around to different stores but it was well...

Anyone uses electric heater in the garage?

http://www.air-n-water.com/product/BRH562.html. This link should take you directly to the unit. I was planning on buying two but found the one is more than enough for my needs. I no longer need to wear layers of cloths to work in the garage.

Almost finished with my 27 x 37 project

Finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel for this project. Problem is the 2.5 car attached to the house is next on the list. The back of the garage is a 12 x 27 apartment my eldest is living in. It features a full bath, small kitchen, living room, bedroom. More cabinets are...
