Just finished my garage late last year, its a 24'X24' and was debating florescent shop lights. But, now i am wondering if the new LED bulbs would be better to use in a standard light socket?? anyone have any experience with trying the new LED bulbs?? Thanks Rodney

it was all made from "scratch" nothing pre-formed was purchased.

garage is 24x24, inside height to the cross tie is 11'6", walls are around 8ft there isnt any concern of water because the bottom of the wall has a foam barrier, and its about 3-4" above the ground. I may also run a silicone bead along the inside edge

I live in upstate NY, right near the PA border. we get snow, but only about 2-3 times a year do we get more than foot at a time. The walls are 2x4 and the ceiling and cross ties are 2x8. i wanted the inside ceiling to give a little extra clearance in case i want to put in a lift.

I used the water based color epoxy, but the clear is solvent based. 1 coat of color, as i stated, i had a professional painter come in and do it and i am thrilled with the results!! no roller marks at all.... I did add the ant skid to the mixture, and it was rolled on, not sprinkled
