    Free-Flow vs. Solid

I had free flow for 6 years at my previous home in Ontario. In the winter, I found all the sand, silt and dirt would accumulate in the groves of the tiles. Every spring, I had to snap out the tiles where the tires sat in order to clean them and the floor. Just spraying them down with water or...

Will this be an issue with either epoxy or Racedeck?

Anytime there is a snowfall, the snow melts off my car and causes a little mini ice dam where the door closes. It's not too bad in the picture, but it can get a good bit worse if there was a big snowfall.

Is this grinder powerful enough for my needs?

The slab is roughly a year old, I really have no idea how hard it is. I don't think the grinder comes with any weights, just a vacuum.

    My humble single car garage

Not nearly as large as some of the garages/shops on here. Thinking RaceDeck for the floor but still undecided. Still have some stuff to clean and move, mainly the tires and some other junk out of frame.

    Epoxy on broom finish

First post here... I've been reading a lot about epoxy flooring. My garage currently has a broom finish, does this need to be ground smooth before applying an epoxy? Also looking at RaceDeck, anyone else in Canada using RaceDeck or some variant?
