    Bag-in-a-box motor oil packaging coming

And how long will I be left holding the bag while it drains? I guess they will have a kit with a hose to drain through and a hook to hang from the bonnet.

Can't Get My Lift To Come Down, Raised Up With No Car On It

How about putting a sheet of plywood on the lift and then a waterbed mattress and fill the mattress. I bet you could find a used mattress at goodwill or someplace like that.

    Leave it or move it.

Did you plan on this extra job before you started this project? If a $4000 bill put you in dyer straights and you had to get another job to make ends meet, you really should have waited on this.

    Unused tools

Not retired yet, but not to many years to go either. I thought of this also. I could just put them all in one of the smaller boxes after a light coat of oil. I would love to do that, but as it is I have 4 cars in a 3 car garage.

    Unused tools

I was out in my garage the other day rearranging my HB 44 inch tool box again (1 of 3 tool boxes I have). Thinking I need to get a bigger tool box. As I was trying to get them all neatly in my toolbox I was asking myself when was the last time I used at least half of them. I can't think of the...

    Question about attatched garage insulation

I can't tell for sure from the picture, but it looks like your garage door is the standard contractor cheap door. Spend some money on a good insulated door. It will make a big difference , summer and winter. I think there are self adhesive panel you could get also. As for the walls. Maybe blow...

I'm in for a couple of them. But, I have plenty of car calendars. I would like to see more garage's showcased. Like someone earlier said though, not the dream garage's, but the common mans garage or workbenches. Something a guy on budget could do. I am in awe of some of the garages and shops on...

What have you bought for you garage that you "had to have" that you never use?

Re: What have you bought for you garage that you "had to have" that you never use? I saw a extension cord real that looks like steering wheel and thought it was really cool. I bought it and when I got home I put it on a shelf foe something to do later. It's still there 3 years later. Maybe I'll...

    Grip tape for handle

Im looking for a good grip tape for my breaker bar I was using my old craftsman torque wrench today just as a breaker bar not for torque (has not been a torgue wrench for years). Anyway the plastic handle just started crumbling. I still think it can be used as a breaker bar but need to make a...
