    What tool is this ?

Does anyone know exactly what application this tool is used for ? it has no name or identifying numbers, it's 7 inches long, the shaft is flexable and the threaded section extends/retracts the lower "L" shaped piece as it turns, like a mini vice. Plastic 55 gal. drum?

My neighbor got me interested in 55gal plastic drums when he came up with the idea of planting strawberries in them, he drilled a series of 3" holes all around the sides where the berries would grow from, then fill it with dirt. Thanks for the input, I made a few calls trying to get a ballpark idea of what they cost new and discovered 3 of the dealers listed on the Security website no longer carry the product  I've decided to keep it !

How much should I ask for this ?

I only paid $ 275 for the stove including all the pipe, even less when I sell this piece of pipe I don't need, does $ 50 sound about right ? http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=221266
