I picked up a nice sander very cheep today. It appears to be well taken care of, but it's missing the belt fence. I was wondering if anyone has this sander and could take some pictures and measurements so that I can make one for my sander.
Thank

I would start small and possibly use 1/4 them 1/2 them the 7/8 hole I would use some lubricant like Milwaukee hole hog or your favorite type.

Well I pulled the chuck and Im taken it to the local machine shop supplier. Hopefully they will be able to hook me up with a new chuck or key or both.

Dry clean fine steel wool should work the glass must be dry also. To help remove the overspray. In the late 80s I did paint and body work and that's how we removed over spray. I would test it out in a small area to be safe. I've not tried it on any new auto glass.
