Kilz oil is a interior primer used for stain blocking. You asked if you can use exterior latex on top of it. Is this a inside or outside paint job? If outside, skip the kilz. If inside your latex exterior paint will dry slow and smell quite a bit.

I would prime with a oil primer then two coats of top quality eggshell or pearl finish. This will allow you to wipe the walls if needed.

in the paint business. the paint and primer stuff is a marketing tool. raw walls should always be primed and a top quality paint used after. we only recommend the paint and primer on walls in good shape and similar color being painted

home depot! they won't match, they give you only what the computer tells them. go to a Sherman williams or Ben Moore store, bring in a piece of the color you need and they will match it.
