Thanks for the suggestion. I found the problem, somehow i overlooked that the nut for the screw that holds the clip on was pushed out slightly and was catching on the battery.

Ive only used this saw twice and now the battery wont lock in. Ive tried multiple batteries and they are all the same, about 3/16" short off fully locking in, the connctions and blades are all aligned nothing is noticable that would stop it from going on correctly. has anybody had this issue...

I never heard from them so I cancelled my order also.

never got a response or update so I chatted to see what was going on and cancel my order and got into a ******* match with angie and told her I will never spend another dollar with sears, I cant get a cancel confirmation for 3 days, if then, I hope all their stores go bankrupt and close down.

I actually specified I wanted usa made wrenches and this was the reply I got so this is all I know.

I will report back if and when I hear anything else. I placed my order December 17th.

I just chatted with them and was told they are delayed because they are being manufactured in bulk by Stanley/black and decker and they expect them to be at their warehouse for shipment January 22 and they will send me a update when they ship.

I rebuilt my oilless twin cman pro with rod/piston and seal kit from amazon for $75 back in 2013, still working great.

sorry no pics as I haven't seen it yet. but, I have this info off the box, mb1000abl 224379. can anybody identify the vintage and value for one of these? is it the same as a new mb1000a?

3m/scotchbrite wheels, they come in different grades for deburring/polishing.

I have the c-man pros(mayhew) and they are top notch. I also have both mini pic sets(long and short) and as has been mentioned, the soft handle cover slips and the pic comes unthreaded from the handle but a drop of super glue on each solves that and they are nice.

yep, my blue point looks identical.

i prefer 3 or 4 flute taps for hand work. if you bust a spiral down in the hole its even more of a pain to get out. unless you are doing a lot of holes in tough materials **** as stainless, i don't think any of the ti coatings or such will be much of a noticeable benefit. just get regular hss taps.
