Got all 12 of my t12 8 ft lights up today and finaly got power to my shop,i am very pleased with the lighting ,this is my first shop so im excited about getting it ready,next is building the benches,steve

how many t 12 8 ft lights with reflectors would light up a 30x40 with 13 ft ceilings ,ive got 12,electrican told me 8,dont want to do it twice,thanks,steve:shocking:

was wiring it by 2 hots and no ground i think,but now i went and got new ballast for 22.00 a pc x12,feel safer about doing it right:bounce: now,ive got 12 277 ballast if anybody needs them,steve

Well i decided to put the right ballast so there wont be any problems,thanks all,steve

My ballast are GE 277 volts 827-slh-tcp,nothing about multi voltage on them,steve

Heres what i got,i recieved 12 free 277 volt 8 ft shop lights for my new shop,the guy doing my wiring said he can use to hots [120] and a double pole 20 amp breaker and use them,i have asks lots of people who do this for a living and they say no problem doing this,but i have another friend...

just had a 30x40 two 10x10 doors, 12 .8 walls,walk in door concreat floor no wiring done for 21,500,had lots of grading done.
