How is the framing done in the floor areas of the dormers? 2x10 or 12 going horizontal to the trusses?

Nope nothing that large, its a double door for moving in equipment and such anything that big will have to be done in the main area and would be rare.

Im doing almost the exact same floor plan with the mezz, do you mind clarifying the issue with the finished height? I'm doing 16ft walls +10" stem walls, 8ft bottom floor, 12" floor joists, so that will leave me after trim out of floor and ceiling 8ft up and down roughly.

Instead of the 4ft lights how about the flush mount LED can lights they will flush mount to 5/8th drywall.

I'm trying to decide how to control attic conditioning, with either a door at the top, I don't plan to condition that space right away. Thats a nice rendering, my design team isn't doing anything 3D kind of lame.
