I'm getting ready to drywall my garage 32x48x12 what's the Pros & Cons of a smooth finish vs. rolled texture. I'm swaying toward the smooth probably cost an additional $500.00, I like some opinions.

I have plently of gas, 1" line 2 PSI at the garage, knocked down to 7 ounces 3/4" line inside building.

I just built a 32x46 garage with a 16x46 second floor. I plan on installing a 80K btu radiant tube heater on the main level, any ideas for upstairs. I'll be putting my wood working tools on the upper level. Thanks,

FYI, galvanized is legal for gas by state code in Ohio, however I will agree black is the prefered industry standard

I have a that heater, used it to heat my 3 car attached garage 28 x 40, 12 high, only used when I wanted to warm things a up a bit, replaced it with natural gas unit. I live in N. Ohio, winters get colder than 5. Still have the propane model looks brand new built by Procom bought from Grainger...

I agree with Carter Lumber, I'm building a 36X48 in Medina County. My neighbor did the foundations, floor, and he'll brick the exterior walls, Carter did the framing, roof, windows, and they are now installing soffits & siding.

I have couple of pair of Boston Acoustics, bought them on ebay also a couple pairs of Axiom's (internet direct) pole mounted by the pool. Both brands preform well.
