You can put foam to roof sheathing ,but should be sealed for no air movement between sheets and sheathing. It will shorten shingle life somewhat.

Just make sure slab does not lock to posts.

Reflective side goes toward sheathing ,but should have space. Is your roof vented ?

Maybe put the thermal break an inch or two outside,may help to prevent freezing of door to pad.

You could check out low temperature aluminum brazing.

The only way would be some collar ties just down from peak with a thru the roof vent.

Yes , do something for a rodent stop. I stapled tyvex between posts and to purlins, then placed vertical studs and batts between studs then I used cdx and several coats of paint. The tyvex helps stop air infiltrating in and around batts.

I spaced mine 6" apart ,but pulled them back away from door about a foot. placed insulation at outside edge of bldg. and had it down a bit to cement over and a crack groove over it.
