Does anyone have any comments regarding blue points long reach hose pliers? I want/need a set but the ones at harbor freight seem unreliable. i want a decent set but at a good cost. thanks.

i didnt mean to offend you, all i'm saying is let the owner decide his price. If you don't like it then move on. There's no need to ridicule him for it. Hell, i have a '60s cornwell that i wouldnt sell for less tha 6,000. Not because i'm dumb but because if someone was willing to pay that price...

look, he set his price and that's what he wants for it...that's what he believes it's worth...YOU'RE not the buyer until you buy it. Is it overpriced? maybe yes/no depends on the person. Dont get upset because someone is selling something YOU want at a price YOU dont wish to pay.

Just a quick question, but are the "plastic" carts from HF worth a damn?

My dad has a blue point one in his shop. it works pretty damn good...it will hold some weight but nothing more than a big boy toy.

the machinery hand book is good but experience is better...harder metals require lower speeds and lots of coolant....get good bits and practice.

I try to buy U.S. made as much as possible....but even when I do need to buy import do to financial reasons, am I still not supporting the workers at the store, the truckers who delivered them and the workers at the docks????
