^^^^This. Pics of the shed will help. What type of foundation is the shed on? The guy who bought my old 8x8 shed brought a friend and some PVC. Moved the shed over 40 feet to the road and winched it onto his trailer.

Looked at a few Bendpak manuals and they don't specify a specific interval, just "replace when dirty". My Quickjack manual doesn't specify a change interval for the fluid either. I'm replacing my fluid at the two year mark, only because I just purchased them used and want to have a baseline...

What reason did the seller give for not using the lift anymore? The check valve you replaced, was it the Pilot Operated Check Valve or the Flow Control Valve? Was it a Wheeltronic part? Did you bleed the hydraulics after replacing the valve?

^^^What they said! Network/internet access to the shop; helpful for looking up parts, repair videos, etc. Also a dedicated space for computer/tablet/TV and any resource material such as service manuals or files.

Thanks for the reply @mishkaya . Do you oil through the hole in the frames, or directly in the joints? I tried the Superlube grease last year on a ratchet and it works great.
