Who built the house and painted the floor?

Hmm why do you think that will not help? I am just following the directions from Epoxy-Coat. The areas in question are not stained or greasy. Figure I just did not get enough acid on them.

You said it was painted already? With what? You really need to ask the contractor before you can make any decisions on any other floor covering. Lots of good material on here, just do some searching and reading like BDamico said.

My opinion, any floor is slick with snow melt on it. If you buy a kit it comes with anti skid that you put into the clear coat.

Wow that looks great! Did you put any anti-skid in the clear? Looks like it will be pretty slick if wet.
