Freshly painted.... And Coke machine 'clone'.

My cheezy old 1977 vintage Panasonic that used to live up in the house and now does duty in the garage. Even has a REAL wood case. Won't find that today. The speakers sit up in the floor joist spaces. The 47 Chrysler tailights didn't come with it. Just thought they made a nice conversation piece.

I found a vendor on ePay that had them pretty reasonable (Oldgaspump.com). There's a whole aftermarket out there for people restoring old pop vending machines and gas pumps. They're about as crazy as us car guys! You name the machine...and somebody makes decals, labels, manuals, and some parts...

Good luck on your project. I have a very simular setup. (garage under house) I used some former "cubicle" cabinets to get storage on the walls, but up high. My ceiling is lower that yours and on one side I had a HVAC duct to contend with. My concrete only goes half way up though, so I had 2x8...

Nice! I have a 1947 Philco that runs like a champ and I wouldn't trade it for a new stainless one. I hear that stuff all the time too.

Well if I hadn't already had a VERY rusty Jacobs 26 machine, I would have never thought of it either. I would have done it up as a Vintage gas pump clone. The shape of it would have lended itself real well to that too. Thanx! :beer:

I used 1" also, and bolted it to the wall and floor. Weighs right at 600 lbs. Drilled and tapped it for the vice and have since made some other tapped holes for different clamps, etc.
