    Vintage hobart

    Vintage Hobart wheel buffer. I picked this up, but it wasn't tested, and I'm trying to figure out the wiring. There is no wiring diagram inside. It's 110/220v. I was able to check which winding is which. Unfortunately someone tried buffing the name plate. Also, does anyone know why the brushes...
