What's the intended use of the shop? Heavy traffic? Forklift? If you are looking for durable and something that will out last the rest of the building, then an overlay called tru from rapidset would be my choice.

If you go through it with a 150grit sanding screen you are able to take down some of that hand troweling trace and it opens up the pours for your densifier/sealer. I use koromineral lithium and obtego R400, great chemical resistance and the obtego gives a nice finish too.

Was the fiber used steel or plastic? What was the fiber ratio used in a cubic feet?

Just out of curiosity was the concrete mixed with dark pigments at the concrete factory or were dark grey dry shake (looks like it could be Basf mastertop in French grey) used to get the desired color? The Basf master cure is clear once dried.

Thanks Jimmy. It was actually my dad who build the whole house and the garage about 8 years ago and the doors were installed them. They do have motors, but they are still in boxes waiting to be installed (this winters project) Couldn't find any good pics of the doors outside.... Mid winter...
