I have a Grizzly G0561 saw. The manual states that this saw requires a blade 93” x 3/4” wide. Can a 93” blade X 1/2” wide be used? My neighbor brought over 10 boxes worth of new blades. My buddy who has a blade welder on his band saw said he can cut these to length for me. Thoughts on this?

After having issues with my NT horizontal saw, I decided to take it back. Came upon this beauty from FB market place for $1100! Previous owner said he made 2 cuts with it and tucked her away in the corner. Factory sticker shows a mfg date of 2/2022. Pretty stoked to put her to work!
