Today I picked this up at an estate liquidator that I frequent. Its a WEN Toter. Its 18" long, 6" wide and 8" tall at the top of the handle. The little tray can be removed or positioned anywhere along the length of the box. I gave $3 for it. :) Anyone have an info or history on this?? Scott
