I have a Matco set, but keep going back to the ones I got from HF. For the price, can't beat them. I have a couple of sets and find lots of uses beyond panel removal.

I have the same ratchet that I purchased in the early 70s when I was starting out as an A&P. One of the first ones I bought as well. Like you, I'm holding on to it. I think it's survived the years better than I have ;)
A few odds and ends. SO 3/8 Flex handle, Blue Point 3/8 Driver, SO 100# torque stick, couple of T47s (Lisle), SO Catalog and Blue Point 1/4 drive 5/8 deep (to fill out a Hansen tray)
Here's mine, finally organized. Love this cart, especially for $149 (coupon). Amazing what it will hold. Probably have 80 - 90% of the stuff I regularly use in it.
Any offer to purchase RE should have a contingency subject to review and acceptance of any covenants hence protecting your deposit. Restrictive covenants are public record as they are usually filed with the deed.

Picked mine up a few days ago and put it together today. Used the $150 coupon. It's definitely a lot of cart for the money and a lot of storage.
Assembly was pretty easy, a line up punch helped a lot. I was able to put it together myself by lying the assembled frame on the floor and sliding...
