I have a set of indexing pry bars from Snap On that I use all the time at work. For me I never thought that I would use them but after I got the set they were always out of the drawer and in hand.

Stuart, I use the larger sizes at work for the type of machinery we service. Large, 25-30 ton fork lifts and a few bigger ones also. We are also starrting to do our own work on the Gottwald harbor cranes we have.

Yep J.A.F.E. nailed it I was actually going to see if the Snap On guy that comes to our work had them I wanted to see how well they were made. I think they have 2 sizes available.

For a 3/4 set check ebay if I'm not mistaking the is a Wright or Williams set on there right now.

I have seen a few online tool stores that carry Wright tools, but I haven't used any. They look real good though.

I just got this from ebay: I think I did okay, 33.00 usd with shipping. What does everyone think?

I think the Snap On guy saw that look in my face when I first felt it, that and the cash machine going off in his head as I was standing the fondling my new ratchet! And you are right there really isn't "just one Snap on tool" :drool:

Your wife threatens divorce over another tool purchase. Your 5 year old son informs you that mom is going to be mad when she finds out you bought another tool, and you bribe him to keep with hot wheels to keep him quiet. Your Snap On dealer has your phone number on his speed dial.

I hate when dealers describe their item as being "minty". I once replied to a dealer using that term "You mean as in a girl scout?"

I have one of their flex head wrench set, metric. I really like that set, I feel better than the c man set. Just watch your prices, ebay can run hot and cold. I have found that Amazon has some decent pricing. I'm not crazy about their ratchets I like the snap on ones. But the SO prices do ****.

I have never tried their tools but some new stuff has me wondering. In all honesty how are their tools?

I want that Beta set they look real nice!
