If you are using polyurethane paint do not wet the floor. You do not want moisture with this paint unless you are brushing it on.

Did you see Sears new delivery truck?

Unfortunately, most people do not have the space to run the Baja 5 and other large RC. If you have a large yard and I mean LARGE, it can be fun. You need a lot of space because they have a large turning radius. I cannot justify spending $1000.00 on a RC car though. I always wanted a...

    Snap-On flared nut wrench, question

I do not think this is a big issue at all. So what if they are slightly off center? It probably will not make much difference. I would not worry about this.

    Snap-On flared nut wrench, question

It should not matter if is on center or not because it is a Snap On tool. Off center or on center it is stronger than other brand flare nut wrenches. This is well documented. This is a non issue becaue you can always flip the wrench anyway. I would rather have off centered wrenches personally.

Metric is the future and it will not be long before the SAE sizes are completly fazed out. Even today most fasteners on new equipment are metric. Almost all of my sockets and wrenches are metric.

A much better RC car is the Baja 5 which as a two stroke gasoline engine. This engine should last a lot longer than nitro engines and you do not have to constantly tune it either. It is expensive though priced around $1000.00 It is also MUCH larger than the nitro RC cars .

    stubby wrenches

I bought some recently and doubt they will be used much at least short term. If you have money availble to spend on tools, it is a good investment because they could be useful for some jobs although you will probably use your standard combination wrenches much more often. I would buy only the...

    Edumacate Me on Punches...

I use brass punches to remove bearing races. Brass is soft and will not mar delicate parts easily. Just remember to wear eye protection when hammering on punches because a damaged eye is expensive to replace.

    Snap-on Wobble Plus Extensions

Do not let that experience sour you on the wobble plus. I think you will like them after some time. Your case above may be an exception if you are in a blind spot, but for a lot of jobs the wobble plus work well. The magnetic sockets and nice to have where you use long extensions.
