    SO toolbox drawer warning

There are different paint processes. KRL boxes are powdercoated. Like I said, I've had drawers out of KRL boxes (including my own) and there are no spots anywhere that are not painted. Inside by the lock cylinder it is painted..... Like I said, no spots left unpainted whatsoever. I was just...

    SO toolbox drawer warning

KRL boxes actually use a different paint process. I've had drawers out of a few KRL boxes and I've never seen anything left unpainted. They actually had a video where they bragged about how well the master series boxes are painted

    SO toolbox drawer warning

Trade it in for a KRL and you won't have any more paint problems. :) In all seriousness though, if you bought the box new, it's under warrenty. Talk to your driver. He may be able to exchange the whole box for you, and if he won't then call snap on directly and talk to them.

Does it really matter what their profit margin is on this thread right now? No. What matters here is that this dude has a sweet toolbox. Nice box!

    reliable air ratchet recommendation?

Love my FAR72c. I traded in my IR on it because the IR didn't have much power, and it wasn't very fast.

    Let's see your toolbox.

Moved my box across the shop today to a new spot. Even with over 2000lbs of tools in her, she still rolls nice and smooth... In the process of moving.... In her new home:

Yup. For Subarus. 2007 and newer I think? All of my Scoobies are older, but I got an '11 STI, and I needed the t70 to change the factory ****** fluid with some good stuff.

Very nice! I love that color. I have a 1033 in Electric orange. Do you also work at a TA? I recognize those colors on the wall.

    Coast flashlights from lowes??

Coast is a sub brand of LED Lenser. They were bought by Leatherman 2 years ago. It's a good company. I personally own several LED Lenser flashlights, and I love em All.

I need one of those! Those sockets are so helpful. How much was the Sunco? I got a price for a Snappy and it was 72 bucks.

are master mechanic tools any good?

My first tool set I got when I was about 8 years old was a master mechanic set. I still have the ratchet and most of the sockets! I actually just used the 1/4 inch ratchet today. They're pretty good. Not as refined as your more expensive stuff, but reliable enough to use at home

Relocating, How would you move a large tool box

I've moved loaded boxes that size on a tiltbed tow truck. Trick is to go nice and easy, slowly, make sure nothing is getting damaged or dented, strap till you think it's not going anywhere, and then add 2 more straps.

    I waxed my box

For the record here for those who don't know; wax isn't just for appearance. It also protects the paint, and makes it a lot easier to clean in the future. I can basically Just use my air gun and spray it clean now. Also, a good wax, like the one I used, will last for years on a box like this...
