What's on your walls? Neat storage ideas!

Does anyone have good storage ideas on getting a large wheelbarrow out of the way, possibly stored on a wall? I have this pretty large composite style one and it takes up a ton of floor space.

Digging out root ball for foundation how big of shovel do I need

I've dug out several root balls using my Kubota B3200 & backhoe. It helps a lot if you leave 2' or more of the stump so you can use it for leverage after the roots are snapped around the perimeter. If you rent a mini-ex, try to find one with a hydraulic thumb. A thumb helps a lot.

    Recommendations on a Farm Tractor

We have 16 acres and my 2011 Kubota B3200 has been a great little tractor. I bought it used with 78 hours and it now has 450+ hours. It came with a backhoe, and then I've bought a bush hog, tiller, clamp on pallet forks (light duty lifting only), box blade, and landscape rake. I thought I'd...

Time to decide on a zero turn

I'd focus on local dealer support, welded fabricated deck, serviceable with filter hydro's and a Kawasaki engine. Toro makes some heavy duty homeowner units like the Titan you mentioned that looks well built. I've had great luck with Toro myself and run a Toro Series 3000 Commercial mower to...

Tractor Barn, Trailer Storage, GYM, seeking advice!

I had a 32' x 64' pole building built with two 12' x 11' doors on the 32' end. This allows me to back in my 4 door Superduty connected to a 16' trailer with the tractor or side x side sitting on the trailer very easily. I keep a 5' bush hog behind the trailer and still have 6'+ between it and...

    Is 24x24 too small?

So you technically couldn't do a brake job or replace an axle or such? I knew CA was bad, but not that bad!

How many electrical outlets do you have

I mounted a duplex outlet on every 8' post on my 32' x 64 post frame shop. I'm going to be adding a separate 20 amp double gang box at my work benches. So far, this has proven fine for me.

    Shop build 56 x 72 x 16

This is EXCELLENT advice. I made the mistake of thinking I knew where the boundaries were and built my shop. When everything but the garage doors were installed, the neighbor showed up saying we'd built on his land. It's an overgrown wooded lot that he doesn't do anything with and lives 2...

Shop build: what would you do differently

I wanted 2 9' long floor drains in my shop. One in the front center half and one in the rear center half. My contractor talked me out of doing the rear one and I regretted it as soon as I washed it out the first time. Pushing water 60'+ to the front drain isn't much fun. My shop is 64' deep...
