tis is my 24x25, just rememver you can not collect "stuff" and you will need a shed for everything that does not need to be in the garage. i have 2 9x8 doors but i wish i had went with one larger one.

what do you guys think i should do on the floor of my 25x24 garage. the slab has a nice finish already but i would like it to be even nicer. keep in mind that this floor with see alot of welding and torching and painting. should i do some kind of flooring or just leave it crete?

24x25 in nh. stick built, 11' walls 2 doors. i'm into it for 11K with free labor.

well im going to start framing my 2-bay tommorrow and was wondering if anyone had some good tips for marking the sill plate for where to drill the holes for the anchor bolts?

so are you sloping the the sreed pipe so when you run on top of it the slab grade slopes as well?

can you explain more about the screed pipe method? (i googled it with no luck)

code says it has to slope but does not state how much. i personally don't care if it slopes.
