    Koken 3300C-16 vs 330CZ-16

I might get the universal one next. I have all old domestic vehicles so dont really have the need for extension version. But I did buy the 9/16 one to use on the gf car. Last time I did plugs on that had to use magnet on a stick to remove, rubber hose to start and normal deepwell to tighten.

    Koken 3300C-16 vs 330CZ-16

Last weekend finally had good enough weather and the free time to change plugs in two vehicles working in the driveway. Used the 3300c-16, glad I bought this, no more struggling with the rubber insert style. Should have bought one years ago.

    Filter1 still in business?

Go on Bob is the oil guy. Can read for days and not come to any conclusion. Wix still has best website for looking up filters. Can search gasket sizes, threads etc. Good resource for custom work. Then just cross to another brand.

    Filter1 still in business?

I used to buy lots of wix. After change in ownership now you don't know if filter will be made in USA or made in China. They increased prices compared to their competitors. I have switched to other brands and not looking back.

Need suggestions for transmission floor jacks

I have that same jack but from jegs painted yellow. It is an absolute pice of junk. Had to weld on the head adjustments. Then when using it if you rotate handle it will hit the release valve. Second time using it, started leaking down. In the middle of swapping 4l80e, ended up jamming...

1/2" drive quick release ratchet what is currently available

I looking for what my options are for currently available 1/2 drive quick release. Respected name brand, quality tool, no China made. Non flex head, 10"-15" handle (don't have to be exact on length specification). So far I have found in no particular order: Tekton - SRH11210 Snap on -...

1/4" Breaker Bar....Who Uses Them and What For?

Often times you have to do what you have to do. First when they are rusted stuck need to get then moving before need to get hose involved. After they are free then move onto different tools that allow hose. 90s 1 ton gm trucks can't get a hose on wheel cylinder just have to use rag and...

1/4" Breaker Bar....Who Uses Them and What For?

Sometimes there is not enough clearance to turn wrench on bleeder screw, but the depth with socket fits. (Rear drum wheel cylinders ). I have 6 point socket but mostly 12 point wrenches, etc. I forgot I do use it a lot with thread chasers, as mentioned above. And have used with tap when...

1/4" Breaker Bar....Who Uses Them and What For?

I use mine in brake bleeder screws, if not using combo wrench. Allows open-close the screw quickly. Don't have to keep reversing ratchet. Same idea with turning a stuck bolt. I do agree they have limited use. But I still like using mine. Mine is a sliding t, so occasionally I use it as T.
