What kind of tool do I need to remove this dress nut? [Solved]

As simple as this tool is made, it doesn’t look like it’s hard to fab a tool to work. https://www.motorcityk5.com/i-13813-dash-bezel-nut-tool-5-8-69-72-blazer.html

Tractors and plows and yard equipment, etc....

I agree with you totally, weight and horsepower makes or breaks a tractor. I started out with a B series Kubota. For what I was doing it was too light to work efficiently. So I upgraded to an L4330 HST. The difference is night and da. Now plowing snow is a lot easier. Cutting 6 acres of mixed...

So today was the day for my pilgrimage to the holiest of tool stores Harry Epstein. Picked up some SK, Wilde, Mayhew, Belzer, Bonney, Wright, Grayvik, Pratt-Read, Stanley, Barcalo, Lutz, Knipex, and Husky. Some odd stuff to help round out the collection.

I have a small pair Wilde, thinking about the Channellock next. Used them both on some very large rusty square nuts. Both worked pretty good. I know an adjustable wrench could've worked okay. Trying out different options for different scenarios that might pop-up

Picked up the Knipex Raptor pliers for Christmas. Harbor Freight texted the wife a 20% coupon. So a trip to HF and pick up their parrot nose pliers. Couldn’t waste the coupon

Picked up a set of good looking green Heyco screwdrivers from KCTool. Didn’t really need some more screwdrivers, but I really like the green. I have some Heyco screwdrivers from the 60s that have red handles. Also picked up a micro Knipex pliers and a NWS pliers.

You will like the micro ratchet, it’s really handy in tight spaces.

Thanks The older I get the less moving around to get something is important. I keep all my wrenches and sockets in a supposed rolling chest, it’s too heavy for me to move now. I’m kind of **** about keeping things simple at my old age.

I know where everything belongs, so I don’t have to look for a particular too.

    Garage / Workbench Photos?

Speaking for my self, I’m far from having a professional shop. It’s my collection of over 60 years. In the past I did work on machines in a factory. That’s a long time ago.
