    Porter-Cable Quality?

I have the Porter-Cable PC18ID 18-Volt Cordless Impact Driver and drill, plus the circular saw. Over a year now, use the impact driver quite a bit. I think they are great for your average DIYer. For pros probably not the best choice.

One of my local HD has a mix, textured Grip USA and smooth grip China. The 8" were all USA and one China in the back. Oddly enough all the 8" had some machining defects in the jaw area. The China version did not have this. Go figure. All have Apex as the manufacturer listed on the back, USA and...

Glass bead blasting. I've had it for 3 weeks now, used it 4 times so far. I like it, and so far have found no fault in it. It's not as powerful as the 33 Gallon it replaced, but it does the job and my brain doesn't rattle in the process. :shocking:

QUIETest air compressors? (Under 20 gallon)

I use mine for blasting work, with an 11 Gallon tank piggy-backed on it. I rarely need it more than 10 minutes of work, usually 5 minutes or less (small parts) but it does need to refill for longer jobs. My old 33 Gallon is in the garage for auto work. I used that for a tire rotation on my...
