    Take it to your local golf driving range. Set it out about 20 yards. Sell tickets at 3/$10. Use it for "Closest to the hole" meaning it's gotta go inside. Funds go to local charity. The winner gets bragging rights and picture on the clubhouse board.

    Went in, pulled out my brides DD and started to set up the work bench. Butane header went puff't and stopped working. Heater head is shot. So put stuff away, pulled the DD back into the garage and went back inside.

I used them when I did not have room for the floor model setup I had to buy the entire post, rack for bench top length and the bottom and top rings as a set.     I have the same tool box. I bought it as a set when I was in High School. It was my first tool set complete with sockets, open and boxed wrenches, screw drivers and Hex wrenches. Still Have the box and tools but have lost the upper tool tray over the years.

    Pulled out the pressure washer and changed oil. Tomorrow is cleaning off the driveway and front entrance sidewalk in prep for the upcoming annual neighborhood chili cook-off.

    Finished setting up my brides IKEA shelves. OOPs, they cover the electrical outlets. So out to the shop, 97 degrees inside, and get the electrical tools and stuff to raise the plugs and back into the house and AC. Gotta say I hate these 100+ degree days.

    Woodworking 101--Tools and Tips

    I actually was successful at assembling a IKEA shelving unit for my bride. It came with instructions that were good and all the required parts were included. I think I'll go buy a lottery ticket. See if the good luck holds.

    Our church is refurbishing a former classroom for use as a Community Room for students and their families. Started building shelf supports and refinishing shelves in the shop Easier to work here than in the parking lot of the school.School starts on Thursday.

    Helped my son remove the faulty after market air bags on his Canyon. Once we had them off I pulled them apart. Pure trash. The mounting brackets were mismatched and mounting holes forced the bracket out of alignment with the frame. Truck drives/rides better.

    Into the garage, turned off the water main and got plumbing tools. Into the bathroom and removed single handle shower faucet handle and valve. Replaced valve with new Kohler parts and then polished the brushed nickel finish. Took the tools back to the garage turned on the water and no leaks...
